I’m Sam, a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Couples Therapist offering online therapy and counselling across Ontario. My style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I don’t believe in jargon, judgment, or one-size-fits-all approaches - just meaningful, grounded conversations that support you in feeling more connected to yourself and your life.
Therapy with me is a conversation - its not about “fixing” you or adding another task on your list. It’s about carving out space in your busy life to feel calmer, more connected, and clear about what matters most to you.

Starting therapy can feel uncertain. Here’s what usually happens:

As clients decide who they want to work with for therapy, there’s lots to take into consideration! Here are some additional perks you should know of:
Flexible Availability: I offer flexible session availability throughout the week for all times of day including morning, daytime and late evening slots, making therapy much more accessible to those with busy schedules.
Easy Bookings: My online booking tool allows clients to book in their own sessions for times that work for them. For those with specific time slot requirements or preferences, you can pre-book multiple sessions in advance to ‘save your spot.’ Don’t care to book yourself? Don’t worry - clients can book with me directly following your session, or email to book!
