I work with ambitious, thoughtful individuals and couples who are navigating pressure — in relationships, careers, family roles, or their own expectations. From the outside, things might look fine. Internally, it feels heavier.
Therapy with me is purposeful. We explore patterns in relationships, attachment, anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, or emotional disconnection — and we do it in a way that feels steady and practical.

Therapy takes effort, but getting started shouldn’t have to! For busy people and home-bodies, our virtual services allow
you to do the hard work in the comfort of your own home.
Our therapists support you every step of the way.
With an online format, flexible bookings, and free-no obligation consultations, our goal is to take the guesswork out of starting therapy, leaving you with more time and energy to heal, recover & grow.

As clients decide who they want to work with for therapy, there’s lots to take into consideration! Here are some additional perks you should know of:
Flexible Availability: I offer flexible session availability throughout the week for all times of day including morning, daytime and late evening slots, making therapy much more accessible to those with busy schedules.
Easy Bookings: My online booking tool allows clients to book in their own sessions for times that work for them. For those with specific time slot requirements or preferences, you can pre-book multiple sessions in advance to ‘save your spot.’ Don’t care to book yourself? Don’t worry - clients can book with me directly following your session, or email to book!
