Virtual Psychotherapy & Counselling

Support for young professionals navigating anxiety, life transitions & relationship challenges.

Reaching out for help isn’t easy, but you have already taken the first step.

Your 20’s andThis stage of life asks a lot of you — big decisions, shifting relationships, growing responsibilities. If you’re in your 20s or 30s, you might be feeling the pressure to have it all together — career, relationships, friendships, finances — while quietly wondering why it feels so heavy. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I support busy professional & parents navigating the pressures and responsibilities of early adulthood; offering real, practical guidance and actionable strategies that actually fit into the realities of your work, relationships & everyday life.

Whoever you are, you’re welcome here.

How We Can Work Together

  • Individual Therapy

A welcoming space to explore your story, understand your psyche, process past & present experiencs, and create meaningful change. We’ll work collaboratively to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and learn how to regulate emotions to help you feel more in control & grounded in your life.

  • Couples Therapy

Structured, collaborative sessions focused on improving communication, resolving conflict, building trust, reducing reactivitiy, strenthening friendship, and working towards deeper understanding, emotional connection, and shared goals.

  • Perinatal & Parenting Support

Specialized support for women and couples facing the emotional and relational challenges of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting - including mood concerns, identity shifts, relationship strain & parenting differences.

A Comfortable, Compassionate Approach

Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space is at the heart of my work. I deeply value & respect all lived experiences — across cultures, races, gender identities, religious beliefs, and sexual orientations. I support busy young professionals who want real, meaningful support and practical guidance that fits into real life. My goal is to make therapy feel safe, relational, and approachable - helping you feel seen, understood, and less alone.

Whoever you are, you’re welcome here.

I believe compassion is at the heart of meaningful therapy. When you’re met with understanding instead of judgment, it becomes easier to explore what feels vulnerable or stuck. Together, we’ll soften your inner critic and help you treat yourself with the same care you offer others.

Self-Compassion

I believe therapy works best when it feels real — not clinical or performative. When you can show up as you are — messy, unsure, hopeful, overwhelmed — meaningful change begins. Authentic connection creates the safety needed for growth.

Authenticity

Curiosity Over Judgement

I’m not here to tell you who you are - I’m here to help you discover it. I approach every session with curiosity, not assumptions. Together, we’ll explore your patterns, values, and story with openness, not shame.

Therapy Focus

Common Areas

  • If your mind feels constantly "on" or you struggle with spirals of worry, tension, or overthinking, therapy can help slow things down. We'll work together to manage your emotional landscape, build calming tools, and shift long-held internal patterns that contribute to anxious cycles.

  • Relationships and dating intentionally in our current landscape can be confusing, painful, or exhausting. Whether you're single, partnered, or somewhere in between, I support clients navigate dating fatigue, conflict patterns, communication issues, and boundary work with clarity and compassion.

Therapy can help you untangle patterns rooted in early experiences and family dynamics. Whether you’re struggling in your relationship or want to understand your own attachment style, we can work to build more secure, fulfilling connection.

  • Individual therapy can help with marital issues by giving you a safe space to explore your feelings, understand your patterns, and gain clarity about your needs and boundaries. It can strengthen your communication, emotional regulation, and self-awareness, helping you respond more thoughtfully in your relationship and make choices that support both your well-being and the health of your marriage.

  • Big changes can stir up grief, uncertainty, and old stories. Therapy can be a place to land during seasons of transition - whether that’s a breakup, job shift, move, loss, or identity change.

  • You’re successful, competent, and constantly pushing yourself—but at what cost? I work with professionals in demanding careers who are tired of over-functioning, self-editing, and never feeling like enough. Together, we’ll challenge the inner critic and reconnect you with a version of success that includes rest, meaning, and joy.

  • You might be brilliant, creative, and highly capable but focus, follow-through, and emotional regulation still feel like a battle. Whether you’ve been diagnosed or just suspect ADHD is in the mix, therapy can help you better understand your brain, manage daily challenges, and rebuild self-trust after years of feeling “lazy” or “scattered.”

  • Therapy can specifically support men by providing a space to safely explore emotions, pressures, and challenges that society often discourages men from expressing. It can help with stress, anxiety, anger, relationship struggles, or self-doubt, while building skills like emotional awareness, healthy communication, and resilience. Therapy helps men understand themselves better, make intentional choices, and feel more confident and balanced in their personal and professional lives.

  • We move at your pace to process what your body and mind have been holding. Through trauma-informed talk therapy, somatic practices, and creative approaches, we work to increase your capacity, safety, and sense of self.
